Any quotes or recommendations provided by us are based on the information you supply. It is your responsibility to ensure accuracy and completeness of information. We reserve the right to withdraw any quote or recommendation at our discretion.

3. Fees & Commissions

We may receive commission or brokerage from insurers for policies we arrange. Where applicable, we will inform you about any fees or commission arrangements prior to confirming a policy.

4. Your Obligations

You must provide accurate information and notify us promptly of any changes that may affect your insurance cover. Failure to disclose relevant information may result in a policy being voided or claims being declined.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, TS Life Care Agency will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for direct losses will be limited as permitted by applicable law.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India unless otherwise agreed.
